These keychains combine traditional Orthodox iconography with practical function – each demonstrating faith devotion through carrying sacred images. The keychains are made from wood cut into quatrefoil (four-lobed) shape, common in Byzantine and Orthodox art, representing a cross with rounded arms.
In the center of each cross is a small Orthodox icon protected by clear resin or epoxy glaze giving a shiny, glassy appearance. The first version (red) displays an icon of Jesus Christ surrounded by a golden frame with decorative fine details imitating the tradition of icon painting. The second version (blue) also shows Christ’s icon in Byzantine style with halo.
